It's best to secure your booking at least 2–3 weeks prior, especially in high season, which is from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving a yacht 4–6 weeks in advance is preferable for availability and allows for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Our priority is safety. Should our captain judge the weather as hazardous, we'll propose a new date for your rental or issue a complete refund. We closely track meteorological conditions and will inform you if the outlook doesn't look promising 24 hours prior to set sail.
Am I allowed to bring my food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and drinks. We also have top-notch catering services and can tailor the menu to suit your tastes. Kindly note that for safety measures, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.
Is there yacht access for guests with mobility constraints?
Our aim is to be as inclusive as possible. Our fleet includes yachts with accessibility features. We encourage discussing your specific needs upon reservation, and we'll suggest the most fitting yacht and prepare the necessary accommodations.
What is the policy for cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours before the departure time, we issue a full refund. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior, there's a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of the booking, cancellations are non-refundable, save for when weather or mechanical issues on our end occur.
