3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Supply correct and comprehensive details
  • Remit the requisite deposit as indicated in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is only deemed confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged in writing by us. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters hinge on available vessels and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to honor your preferred dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are quoted in € and are inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are liable to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost is due upon booking
  • Remaining balance: Expected 48 hours before the charter's scheduled departure
  • Additional expenses (if any): Billed post-charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept widely recognized credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus service fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In occurrences where the weather is officially considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose either to:

  • Rebook your charter for another available date at no additional charge
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical problems affecting your designated vessel, we will make an effort to arrange a similar replacement. If substitution is unachievable, we will provide a total refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Obey all commands from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as necessary
  • Inform of any health conditions that might pose safety concerns
  • Stay within the vessel's assigned areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items forbidden aboard comprise:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excess beverages beyond reasonable quantity for personal consumption
  • Pets (unless given prior authorization)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave respectfully. A charter may be terminated without a refund if any guest's conduct endangers safety or interferes with the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is confined to the costs paid for your charter. We disclaim responsibility for:

  • Injuries sustained through passenger oversight
  • Physical loss or damage to personal items
  • Indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages
  • Delays attributed to weather or events beyond our management

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Complete marine insurance is maintained for our vessels and their operation. Guests are liable for their own travel and personal insurance policies.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By partaking in our charter services, you voluntarily accept that maritime activities come with inherent risks, accepting accountability for your own security and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Alterations to itineraries, routes, or timetables may happen because of weather, safety concerns, or other operational needs. We are committed to offering comparable alternative experiences wherever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We bear no fault for postponements, cancellations, or adjustments triggered by factors outside of our control, such as, but not restricted to:

  • Harsh weather events
  • Natural calamities
  • Statutory enactments
  • Harbor suspensions
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed per our Privacy Policy. Engaging our services signifies your agreement to the collection and handling of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
